Ingredients:
2 whole injeras (it is a bread that is only found in ethiopia it comes from a seed called teff which comes from a plant[this bread can be bought in the US, Dubai, and of course Ethiopia] if you eat injera alone for the first time it might taste sour but you will get used to it)
3 cloves of garlic minced
1/2 kilograms of well chopped onion
4 tablespoon of tomato sauce
1 tablespoon of berbere(a spice mixture)
1/2 liter of water
1 tablespoon of salt
1 chopped chili
1 tablespoon of oil
cooking pot
Procedure:
In the preheated cooking pot add the 1/2 of well chopped onion and sweat them down for about 5 minutes (with the lid closed).
After add a tablespoon of oil, the 3 cloves of garlic minced, and the tomato sauce then stir for 2 minutes with the lid on, then close with the lid for 5 minutes to let it cook.
Now you add the berbere, and salt stir well and cook for around 20 minutes with lid closed.
When ever the mixture gets dry pour a little water.
Then add the oil and let it cook with the lid closed for 5 minutes
Turn off the heat
Roll the injera to make it look like a cylinder then breck it into large pieces.
Add the cutted injera into -which is NOW called the- sauce.
Stir it together slowly and carefully.
When the sauce has spread every where in the injera that means you are offically done.
